All our orders are Amazon fulfillment, which means they are packed and shipped by Amazon.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on product availability and payment verification, orders will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays may be processed the following business day.

Delivery Time:

Delivery Time Shipments may take from 2-5 business days in the USA.

All orders are shipped to the address provided to us during the online purchase. BELISA LLC, is not responsible for failed shipments due to the wrong address or if the courier cannot deliver the package by an absence or any other reason. If your order is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address or any other reason, we will notify you and gladly resend it to you at additional shipping cost.

Two Years Limited Warranty:
All our VIETA PRO products have two years warranty, provided always that the product is used in normal conditions and for the stipulated purpose.
This limited warranty sets forth all VIETA PRO responsibilities regarding your product. There are no other expressed or implied warranties from VIETA PRO.
